This analysis involved addressing right-vs-right dilemmas and has had a lasting impact on my approach to decision-making. Additionally, the HR workshop I developed laid the foundations for hiring practices and program expansion, better serving the Hispanic community. These experiences have been instrumental in shaping my approach to leadership and public service. Furthermore, other classes, such as grant writing, e-governance, and marketing in public administration, have helped me gain in-depth knowledge, stay up-to-date with important aspects of this profession, and develop practical proposals to serve the community.
